Student cook Andrea participated in December 2019 and made several traditional recipes from Puglia, in the south of Italy. He made his dishes sustainable by making a vegetarian or vegan version and used local ingredients.

This vegan banana bread is often present at all kinds of Green Office happenings. For example: the team meetings, during the Seriously Sustainable Week or the Regreening weekend with the entire Green Active Network.
